InTrade
BG Rose Limited is a New Zealand owned company and is registered with the Company Office to provide a fair trade service to its customers.

Delivery
Orders are usually send within 3 days of receiving the payment and the delivery could take an average of 5 working days nationwide depending on the NZ Post services.

Refunds
We would like to know how you enjoy your orders so please do send us your feedback. If you are not satisfied by your purchase or you would like to ask for refund please contact us withing 14 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to contact@bgrose.nz. In a case of return request we would require products to be in undamaged, unused condition, including the package and the postage to us will be for your expense.

Privacy
We are using a secure payment service provided by third party in order to offer best protection for our customers. We do not store any cardholder data such as your credit card details.
